“I recently used urathane solutions for two jobs at home. They got the nod over there opposition because Mark took the time to explain what happens with reactive soil and water over time during the initial phone call. During the quote he explained how their process works and answered all questions I had. On the day they were very professional and took their time to ensure we got a good result and cleaned up all their mess which most builders don’t I will have no hesitation calling them again if i need this sort of work done.”
– Neil, Gawler East
“Ian and I are absolutely delighted by the outcomes achieved by Mark. He’s done an amazing job, and it’s been a pleasure getting to know him a little while he’s been working at our place. Mark’s a true professional, and quite possibly the most genuine tradesperson I’ve ever encountered.”
– Meagan, Turramurra
“Both Kathy and I are extremely happy with the great success and excellent results that Mark, Luke and Otto have achieved in rectifying the storm water damaged concrete slab under our kitchen and laundry and we were very impressed with the teams attention to detail and methodical approach that they utilised in restoring our property to its former condition. The team was punctual, courteous, neat and tidy and meticulous in cleaning up the worksite on completion of the work, and we particularly appreciated each team members willingness to explain patiently the different steps that they employed in the restorative process. Genuinely nice blokes too! Gentlemen! Dealing with Urathane Solutions was an excellent experience! Highly recommended!”
– Paul, Montmorency
Joyce and I were very happy with Mark, Luke and Azaih with their approach and solution to our problem. The team functioned in a professional and pleasant manner and definitely knew their job. Although I was concerned with new cracks appearing during the initial part of the task, these fears disappeared as the task progressed and the cracks disappeared again. They cleaned up after them and made the surroundings as close as they could to their original state. I would not hesitate to use them again if required nor would I hesitate in recommending this company to anyone in need of their services. One suggestion to new clients, keep the coffee, cake and biscuits up to them and they purr along like little kittens.

“Over the past two years Urathane Solutions have undertaken two large projects for a 41 unit apartment building in Norwood, SA that I manage. Trent’s attention to detail and communication throughout both processes was second to none and made it extremely easy to communicate effectively with my committee and residents, ultimately mitigating any external issue’s of dissatisfaction. The works were undertaken very professionally and in a timely manner that, in both circumstances, was positively commented on by several residents. Understanding the scale of the works and the better than expected results I most certainly recommend Urathane Solutions to any other company seeking their services”
– Tom, South Australia
“A couple of weeks ago the rear third of our house was prevented from making a break for it by the truly professional Urathane Solutions team. The three rooms, dating from the 1920s, 1970s and 1990s were parting company from the rest of the place at an alarming rate. Boss, Mark came out to assess the problem and explained the cause in great detail. After I’d carried out the remedial water diversion measures he’d recommended, he came back and had another look. When the blokes came to do the work, Luke was at pains to explain what was going on every step of the way. The results were spectacular, with one gap I could previously put my hand in almost ceasing to exist. The urethane injection has been a great morale booster, giving us the confidence to carry on with the restoration of those rooms. The whole team obviously really believe in their process and now, so do I”.

“From start to finish, the staff at Urathane Solutions were knowledgeable, professional, reassuringly informative and clearly committed to the longevity of the final result.
They went to great lengths to appease my uncertainty about undertaking this work on our 1950’s home, which had been sinking on one side for around 5 years with cracks reappearing every 3 months or so after filling. After initial contact and further correspondence I was completely confident in their approach and aptitude when the work began.
Firstly, Trent Kuchel inspected our woefully inadequate stormwater system and identified this as the main culprit damaging the soil under the foundations over the years, from gutters backfilling and dumping huge amounts of water much too close to the house. He then provided documentation with very specific recommendations that he stressed should be undertaken before any Urathane treatment be applied. I enlisted the help of my regular plumber to design and implement a stormwater system that will protect the house from similar soil damage long into the future.
Once the new stormwater system was in place, the actual Urathane injection work was finished within 3 days with little disruption, and the staff were friendly and eager to explain the process every step of the way. I have some filling and replastering to do as a result, but this was all explained ahead of time, as a cracking brick house on sinking foundations won’t just snap back together like a jigsaw puzzle due to chemical underpinning. Nonetheless, the carefully executed lift of the worst affected wall did actually result in some smaller cracks in the middle of the house closing up nicely, and I’m very confident that after patching up the remaining ones and repainting, that we’ll be well protected from such damage in the years to come.
In summary, this is a company that offers top class service, communication and workmanship in providing a very cost-effective alternative to traditional underpinning. If you have worrying cracks appearing in your walls, I recommend you give them a call immediately. Their consultation is not at all pushy, it’s just well communicated expert advice that was thoroughly appreciated throughout the process.”
– David, Pennington SA
We could not speak highly enough of the service and work done by Luke, Adam and Mark. The result was fantastic and we are so thrilled that our portico is probably more stable now that it was when originally built……….The crew were very efficient and thorough and kept us informed at all times as to what may or may not happen and explained the process to us and happily answered any questions we asked.
– Mr and Mrs Preston, Ascot Vale SA
“We had an issue with a fence pillar that had been undermined by a tree root. We spoke to various tradespeople and the prospect of demolishing the pillar and rebuilding was going to be a long, messy and expensive process.
After some research, we found Urathane Solutions and went ahead with the detailed solution they proposed. Mark & Shane arrived at our house to complete the works, they explained everything in detail, made sure that we understood and kept us updated throughout the day. We arrived home to a fence that was perfectly repaired! The area was left spotlessly clean and careful care was taken around our plants and new turf that was just laid.
We are absolutely wrapped with the works completed by Mark, Adam and Urathane Solutions. Thank you!”
– Guy Wilson, Brighton SA
“I recently engaged Mark Kuchel from Urathane Solutions to repair some subsidence problems at my unit.
He was able to pinpoint the causes of the problem, and advise on the necessary stormwater repairs. On completion of these plumbing upgrades; using careful observations and calculations, Mark has restored all the affected brickwork at my property to the original construction levels.
During this whole period, I was educated about the methodology of the Urathane process, and able to observe the care and attention taken throughout the entire restoration work. Another advantage of this method of underpinning, which has a 10 year guarantee; is that there is no residual mess to paths and lawns, as the site is tidied and fully restored on completion of the job.”
– Dianne, Camberwell
“I would thoroughly recommend Urathane Solutions to anyone contemplating underpinning repairs to their property. Mark and the team at Urathane Solutions handled our job magnificently. They explained everything about the process in great detail, and worked in conjunction with our neighbours to achieve the best result. They were clean, efficient, and when unexpected issues arose, they handled them with care, consideration and professionalism. Highly recommended.”
– Justin and Santana, Collingwood Vic
“Both my husband and I had rung a well known company several times that offer a similar service and they never returned our calls. When Mark came out to inspect our walls he was reassuring and advised us what the cause of our issue was and what we needed to do to rectify it, prior to them commencing their work. Mark, Luke and Lenny did a great job and Luke kept us updated throughout the whole process with what they were doing. They were professional and did a great job in cleaning up after they left.”
– Rosie Grant, Vic
“The job has been a tremendous success and has achieved results way beyond my expectations. The professionalism and due diligence of Mark and his team have enabled a successful stabilisation and lift to both dwelling and garage.”
– Yvonne, Vic
